Winter Solstice Herbal Tea

Intuitively blended for the winter solstice with herbs gathered from small farms that have built deep relationships with the land and the plants within this Winter tea blend.

Intended to be used as a gentle reminder to rest in the winter months.

Add a bit of local honey to add a bit of sweetness (and immune boost)!

This Winter Solstice herbal blend encourages the mind & body to slow down and it's made to be savored with slow sips.  ❄️

Steep 1-2 tablespoons of tea in 8oz of hot water (212°F) for 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients: 

Chamomile - A gentle and sweet reminder from summer dried flowers to rest during this season. 

White Pine Needles - Pine needles contain a whole lot of vitamin c, an essential vitamin for boosting the immune system in the winter months.

Peppermint - Just a touch of freshness and wintery mintery.
